  Came here morning time around 10AM, Doctor was away for “on-call” job. The receptionist couldn’t tell if the Doctor will be back before noon. She can only suggest to come back at 2PM, because 1PM is lunch break. I didn’t get it. If there’s only 1 doctor on shift, why he left the clinic? very disappointing.

  We were staying in Sanur and our daughter got quite sick. We were able to drop in and see a doctor and get the necessary medication on the spot. Everything was quick and easy and their English skills were great!
