    Panti Wilasa Citarum left me with a really disappointing experience. I came here as a private patient, paying without BPJS or insurance, and honestly the service felt far below what I expected. Despite paying a decent amount, I felt like I wasn’t treated with proper care or respect. Another issue is the queue system—it’s not clear at all and quite confusing for first-time patients. I can understand that the hospital is busy with many BPJS patients, but that shouldn’t be an excuse for neglecting those who are paying privately. Overall, the service quality didn’t match the cost, and it’s something that really needs serious improvement.

    I’m very impressed with the Finance/Cashier team at Pantai Wilasa Hospital Semarang. The staff handled everything quickly, clearly, and professionally. All explanations regarding billing, payment options, and insurance were delivered in a friendly and patient manner. It made the whole process smooth and stress-free. Excellent service 🤗

    Thank you Pantiwilasa Citarum Hospital Semarang for the service on medical care or treatment. I was hospitalized for 2 days and received a good service from the medical team, doctors and nurses. The Anggrek room was clean and have a private shower room. The hospital provided the standard and safety food according to a patient's condition. I was lucky to have a tasty/homey hospital meal for 3 times a day. Two times a day, cleaning service cleaned the room and collect the garbage to maintain a hygenic environment in healthcare facility. If you looking for medical care or treatment in Semarang, I would recommend Pantiwilasa Citarum Hospital.
