  I had a good experience at Panti Wilasa Dr. Cipto Hospital. My sister was hospitalized in the Beta Room for 3 days and 2 nights. The staff in the Beta Room were friendly and responsive. The room was neat and clean, and the bathroom was also clean and modern. The food was delicious and accessible to patients. Overall, we were satisfied with the service at this hospital. Hopefully, the renovations will be completed soon so that it can be even more optimal and comfortable. Stay healthy

  I stayed at this hospital for surgery, and overall my experience was very positive. From admission to discharge, the staff were professional, kind, and always ready to help whenever I needed anything. The doctors explained the procedure clearly and made me feel calm and confident before the surgery. The nurses were attentive, patient, and checked on me regularly, which really helped during recovery. The room was clean and comfortable, and the food was better than I expected for hospital meals.   A small hospital that has a good doctor but bad management. Check in and check out took a very long time. The doctor room and waiting room are crampy. No cafeteria nor restaurant inside. Parking is small. Cockroach in the hospital is normal during rainy season. VIP room is crampy. It should be urgently upgraded. The only good side is the price that probably the lowest compare other private hospital. VIP room and minor surgery is about idr10million.
