Proses pendaftaran menyusahkan. Registration staff is changing the queue number from the one given by the resident doctor.

Children are not allowed to enter to visit, its OK when the hospital provide some place or waiting room for them so they not sit down or wait in the public area. The hospital intent is good for children not to catch the disease, but it becomes useless if outside they will get together with patients who are waiting for a doctor check or wait for medicine.

Good service, does not give different treatment whether you are a BPJS member or not. The minus point from this hospital is very limited parking area both for cars and motorcycles.
