  I went to this hospital because of dyspepsia and rushed to the ER since the pain got really bad. I was greeted by very friendly staff who explained everything clearly and were kind throughout the whole process. The doctor who treated me, Dr. Rufi, quickly understood my condition and acted fast by giving me the injections and prescriptions I needed. Overall, I had a really pleasant experience being treated here, and I appreciate how helpful and caring everyone was. One piece of feedback I have for Permata Medika is that I think the hospital could make the ER easier to find. Compared to other hospitals I’ve been to, it wasn’t immediately obvious where the ER was. I had to ask a security guard for directions because it was a bit hidden toward the far left side of the building.

  Every. Single. Time I have an appointment here the doctors are always late. How come? Stationed nurse could only say, "ditunggu ya", "nanti ya", "dokternya belum datang" with apologetic face without explanation. No it's not their fault, but could management disciplined those doctors? Make them come early so they will be on time? Waiting for them for 30 minutes might be still excusable. But waiting for 2 hours is ridiculous. Please fix it. Three stars just because your front administration and nurse station are fast.

  Several things observed during mum-in-law's stay here ( June 2022 ) + Ample parking space both for cars and motorcycles + Greeneries look decent in the inner yard, great for those with certain respiratory problem + Support for insurance ( our office's is quite a headache ) - doctor's site visit for mum-in-law is only once a day, be it an early morning or a late afternoon check, so are the nurses. - needs a better arrangement for overnight parking charge
