  come for booster treatment and laser. From reservation timing admin is very fast response. Consultation with Dr. Willia, she is very patience and welcoming to me asking question. The nurse and my therapist ( Mbak Dayu) and staff, all very politely in serving. They offer free 10min massage, Mbak Irana massage me very good. Thumbs up for all the service. No hard selling/ pushy at all. Recomended

  I visited Dermaster Seminyak during my Bali trip and I’m so glad I did! The staff was super friendly, and especially the doctor (she has a really good glowing skin) was incredibly helpful. They took the time to explain exactly what my skin needed without any pushy upselling, which I highly appreciate. It’s been a week since my treatment and the results are perfectly spot-on! The aftercare is also next-level—I messaged the doctor late at night for a consult and she still replied. I am so satisfied with my experience here. Highly recommend!!

  Dermaster in Seminyak Bali was absolutely amazing. They accommodated us with a last minute appointment and from the moment we walked in, everyone was so kind, professional, and genuinely caring. This was actually our first time ever getting a HydraFacial or a true medical grade facial. We were a little nervous going in, but figured we’re in Bali, which is known for facials, so we decided to try it — and I’m so glad we did. The doctor was phenomenal. She spent over 30 minutes explaining everything to us in detail, which immediately made us feel comfortable and confident. My daughter and I both had HydraFacials, my daughter also got lip injections, and I had the NCTF treatment. The entire team took their time, checked in with us throughout, and made sure we felt good every step of the way. They even had a massage therapist who gave us a 10 minute massage, and she was so kind and sweet — and her massage was phenomenal. If I had more time, I definitely would have booked a full session,

  I have had a wonderful experience here at Dermaster. I try to maintain a regular treatment every 4-6 weeks including both the Hydrafacial and micro needling treatments. The nurse applies a range of different serums, performs a deep extraction for any black heads, and provides a very relaxing facial massage. I noticed an instant glow and revitalisation in my skin tone and complexion after the treatment, which continues to improve in the days and weeks post treatment from the improved skin cell turnover the micro needling induces. Highly recommend this place! Easily the most professional and well run clinic I've visited in my time.
