    The lady at the front desk has poor manners and an unprofessional attitude. As a worker trying to claim BPJS benefits, only to have the claim rejected. The reason given was that the registered BPJS healthcare facility listed in the system was different and therefore could not be processed. However, on previous occasions, the same BPJS account used and it was accepted without any issue in this place. Understand that regulations must be followed, but inconsistent policy implementation in this place only creates confusion. The main issue was not the regulation itself, but the unfriendly and dismissive treatment from the very beginning of the interaction.

    After leaving the clinic, where my husband received infusions and vitamins, I hoped he would improve. However, after waiting five days, his condition worsened significantly. I highly do not recommend this clinic.

    Came here with my husband when he had bali belly, the doctor gave an antibiotic that has left him with potential irreversible side effects… it’s been a week now and still no improvement after discontinuing the medicine. The doctor didn’t explain the risk of the medicine or the side effects. Avoid this practice for bali belly.

    Doctor wrote me a prescription for medication that doesn’t exist in Bali. Took me ages to find an online pharmacist that told me the drug trades under a different name. A medical doctor should be able to tell someone about this pretty easily - and save them several hours going between different pharmacies in Canggu & Seminyak with a prescription for an unavailable medication.
