  Absolutely amazing service. I got a call-out appointment for my son first thing in the morning. Doctor very friendly and a great communicator. Diagnosed my sons ear infection and had all the necessary medication to prescribe right away. So impressed and grateful to MediSense.

  We booked a home visit. One person said they were a doctor and another a nurse, they acted as though very inexperienced and seemed to have no idea what they were doing. Blood pressure was then taken incorrectly (demonstrated incorrect technique and timing), couldn’t give any diagnosis (suggested it was the weather), said some spots were chicken pox but when I explained I had chicken pox as a child they said it’s an allergy from seafood, I explained I hadn’t had seafood so they went back to chicken pox. As soon as they entered they tried to sell me an IV and then offered medication without a diagnosis. When I asked what the medication was treating they couldn’t give me an answer. The visit costs 750k. 550k for the ‘doctor’ and 200k for ‘transport’. The call out and subsequent visit was a waste of time and money and I immediately booked another doctor to come after they had left.   Good and friendly service, the doctors' and nurses' performance is also skillful. The examination rooms are very comfortable. Most importantly, the prices are very affordable for patients.

  Overall great service and a good English speaking doctor with knowledge about the subject, only point of improvement is that the nurse had to try 3 times when taking blood sample.
