  This is the worst clinic we have ever been to. My husband has severe back pain due to a herniated disc. We came to this clinic after confirming our appointment in advance—they told us, “Come in, we’ll be able to help you.” However, when we arrived, the doctor who was supposed to see my husband had left for an emergency call. So my husband, in severe pain, came all the way, paid for a taxi, and received no help at all. In the end, we were told that the earliest available appointment would be Sunday. We booked it, it was confirmed, and now, when we call the clinic to finalize the appointment, they tell us, “The doctor won’t be able to see you, he’ll only be available on Tuesday.” I consider this to be complete incompetence on the part of both the specialists and the clinic. I absolutely do not recommend this place to anyone. My rating is zero. I give this clinic zero points for being unable to help and for making things even worse for their patients.

  I visited Doctor Astayogi my orthopedic surgeon for a patella injury and had an excellent experience. The doctor was professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain the diagnosis and treatment plan clearly. The clinic itself was clean, organized, and very well managed. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout the visit. I felt well cared for and would highly recommend this clinic to anyone needing orthopedic treatment.

  Over the past 90 days I have been recovering from a broken ankle fracture. Dr. Yogi has been my surgeon and for the various checkups I have been making appointments at his Bali Clinic in Seminyak. The surgery itself has been done so well in a way that I did not have any pain during recovery process. Also at the Bali Clinic we have been treated very well and the various nurses have taken well care of the various medical procedures as wound cleaning, anti-biotic IVs, appointment setup etc. My family and I highly recommend the services of Dr. Yogi and his teams. Terima Kasih.

  The place isn’t big, but the service is great. The procedure clear enough for patients. The doctors are very capable especially for my case with dr. Asthayogi - orthopedic (he’s very passionate about the patient, subject, and willing to share options for patients). The most important thing is, FAST RESPONSE !!!!!!! Hopefully more hospitals like this in Bali. Professional 🫰
