  Amazing service! Walked through the door and was immediately greeted by the wonderful staff. They spoke English so well and asked me about what was wrong and did some quick pressure tests. I wasn’t actually going to go because I thought the pain wasn’t enough and it might not be worth the cost or insurance paperwork, but they didn’t charge me as it wasn’t of serious concern! Gave me some advice about how to best help the swelling and bruising and suggested a cream to use to make it more comfortable. As one person was asking about my foot that I went in for, another was adding some cream and a plaster to a cut I had on my leg I had got a couple of weeks earlier. What lovely people they were ♥️

  I had a fairly complicated case of Bali belly. By this I mean, bacteria, parasites and worms. I gave a stool sample in the morning. They got the lab results in the afternoon and I got treatment that day. The next day, I’m feeling much better. Dr. Ratu and the staff gave me outstanding treatment. The explanations were clear. The hands-on care was very skilled. And the follow up today has been great. I highly recommend Dr. Ratu and Ocean Medical!

  I have been travelling for many months and required a prescription to be re-filled. I whatsapped the centre who responded promptly, and requested the medication. They were able to order it in for me with my doctor’s note from home. It was all very easy and I would 100% recommend this medical centre to anyone in the area. I messaged about a month or so out incase the medication needed to be mailed in from elsewhere 😌☺️
