  If you want a professional Beauty Clinic - THIS IS NOT THE PLACE. Today I visited Eswen Medica Aesthetic Clinic for a treatment appointment scheduled at 10:00 AM, and unfortunately, my experience was extremely disappointing. At 10:10 AM, I was informed that the doctor (Dr. Nabila Kirana Sakti) was still on the way to the clinic. While waiting, the staff offered to apply topical anesthetic to my face. From here, I already felt something was off. They put anesthetic on my facewithout properly cleansing my face with a facial cleanser first only with water on a cotton or tissue. When I asked about it, I was told it wasn't necessary. But from my understanding, before any injectable procedure, the skin should be properly cleaned to remove sunscreen, makeup, powder, and other residue to help maintain a sterile treatment area and minimize the risk of infection.   I was treated by Dr. Ken when I had gastroenteritis, and I am very grateful for the excellent care I received. She was professional, kind, and very attentive during the consultation. She explained my condition clearly, went through the treatment in detail, and patiently answered all of my questions, which made me feel comfortable and reassured. The treatment was effective, and I started feeling better soon after. I truly appreciated her calm, friendly, and caring approach, especially while I was not feeling well. I would highly recommend Dr. Ken to anyone in need of medical care. Thank you for the wonderful service.

  Dr. Ken, or if I'm not mistaken, dr. Ikandi. . She's the best doctor I've ever met. My dad's leg was broken when he slipped during our vacation in Seminyak, and Dr. Ken came right away. We thought it was just a usual swelling, but she explained the examination results and recommendations in detail. She ensured our insurance could be used for the right treatment, and we felt greatly helped. She referred us to the hospital, giving painkillers and other treatments to keep my dad's leg safe with some equipment. My dad has undergone surgery, and the results at the hospital matched Dr. Ken's examination and prediction. After that, we met again because I had severe diarrhea. I recovered after that, and we continued enjoying our vacation. The attention given wasn't just about medicine, it included recommendations for safe food to consume while sick, explaining symptoms, and even how the medicine works, making us very confident and feel cared for as patients.   We have had direct help from the female doctor who was also at Prama Sanur Beach hotel when my wife needed after a fall near the swimming pool. Her knowlegde was very great and handled immediately - sent us to the hospital and also there good help. After a few days a check and again great help. She did untill it was okay and we could do what we wanted . The kindness - human interests and thinking with you from this female doctor was great and intense! We are very grateful that we met her!
