  My wife was in labor for 27 hours and then we decided to have c section at 3:30 am and the doctor showed up and did an amazing job. We felt very safe with all the nurses and they were very patient with us even tho we don’t speak the language so well. The vip room service was very punctual and accommodating to my wife. The food was really good. They even went out of their way to get dates for my wife even tho it is not on menu! The hospital was clean and organized. They were very transparent about the costs of everything. It was annoying to have to go down to office so many times and sign documents and invoices, but it is a business, so I understand. As the husband I was quite tired and stressed out but it all worked out and we were able to go home in 2 days. My wife said many times how good she felt there. The nurses were so sweet and they asked us so may times if we had more questions as this was our first baby and we were unsure about several things pertaining to baby care. We were a

  When arrived in room, room not ready (just cleaning after we arrived), 1 of nurse not train well (my son 2 yo treat not good), forget to bring 1 medicine (in adminstration not have given), VIP room too small and no refrigerator (they mention in website with refrigerator, toilet so dirty)

  Actually for a local private hospital it offers good service. The doctors and nurses are professional. The facilities are OK but could be improved and be cleaned more for a hospital actually that should be always a priority. (cleaning from top to bottom. Training must be given to sanitary personnel ) I guess for Asian standard it's acceptable? The billing is very confusing and not transparent eventhough they print out a bill as big as a book it doesn't mean that this is transparent. When we signed up for the hospital service we were given a price. Same time were told that additional cost would add up for surgery supplies. That's OK but I was confused for what the actual surgery price was? When there is a price for a c-section why the bill adds up to more than double? What is included in the quoted price? As a patient we don't know how much every surgery supply costs. And if the surgery is without compilcation why the bill adds up to more than double from what the initial quoted price?

  This is the best hospital I have been to so far. The staff is highly professional and friendly. Their ultrasound equipment was the best I have ever seen. The surgeon was very experienced and respectful of my wishes, as far as possible to accomodate. Their food was gorgeous too. And their prices, very affordable compared to prices in other hospitals in Bali.
