  My 5 star is for the Edelweis Ward (2 nights) and their wonderful staff. The ward itself is very good of Bali standard. I had a DSA examination led by Dr. Lina. A true PRO as Neurologist and with a lot of passion for her work and patients. Also a 5 star. The hospital itself is swamped in paperwork. So it can take time. So I only "judge" the medical care. Enjoying their care of me and all the fun we had is a precious memory. Thank you all. Tarimakasi. Suksume.

  ICU2 I would like to thank all the staff in ICU2 they have all been absolutely amazing, especially Vinny who helped me to understand everything, making sure I new about my wife's condition. Vinny even stayed with me when my beautiful wife passed helping me so much. I will never forget everyone's dedication to nursing in ICU2. Once again I thank you all from the bottom of my heart.   Better just closed the hospital- trying to call hundreds times no answer , so useless just close down no point open the hospital if can’t even reach the phone call for emergency- the people die before even calling them cos they never answer
