  As an English traveller, I was very scared when I arrived at the hospital, especially as I had never had an operation before. From the moment I arrived, the staff helped me straight away and made me feel safe and cared for. After X-rays, it turned out I needed surgery and I stayed in the hospital for four days. The operation went smoothly and throughout my stay every member of staff was wonderful. The doctors, nurses, surgeons, cleaners, and the people who brought meals were all incredibly kind, attentive, and spoke excellent English. Nothing was ever too much trouble. The team helped me with everything, including dealing with my insurance and arranging the paperwork needed for me to be fit to fly home. My room was clean and comfortable, and I always felt well looked after. I will never forget how kind everyone was to me during such a frightening time. The care I received was outstanding, and the warmth and compassion shown by the staff meant so much. Indonesians are incredibly kind

  I would like to share our experience following an unfortunate medical situation that occurred during our vacation in Bali, Indonesia, involving my father. We arrived by ambulance at Kutha Usadha Hospital in Singaraja, where we were immediately received by the emergency team. From the very first moment, the response was prompt, professional, and deeply reassuring. After thorough investigations, including blood tests, oxygen monitoring, and radiological examinations, my father was admitted to the Internal Medicine department. During the eight days spent in the hospital, we were treated impeccably by the entire medical team. The quality of care, coordination, and attention we received exceeded all expectations and gave us confidence and peace of mind during a very difficult time.
