    Do not go to this hospital!!! They completely messed up my treatment and lied to my face about what I had received. This was expensive and needlessly dangerous. I was bitten by a dog who latched onto my ankle with no warning. We drove straight to the nearest hospital to receive rabies treatment. They administered 2 vaccines on day 0 of the bite, and nothing into the area of the bite itself. I asked the doctor, who spoke very good English, if I was going to be receiving immunoglobulin, she chuckled and told me it was already in the vaccine they were going to give me. Having returned to my home country I have now been told by my doctor that this was a lie, that the vaccine does not contain immunoglobulin. (Bit complicated but the reason they prescribe this is the vaccine can take up to 14 days to trigger your immune response, the immunoglobulin gives you immediate protection in the event that you are one of the unlucky people where the rabies travels to your brain before the vaccine has

    Very good service /assistance waited ttl 15 min then talked with the neurologist Dr Komang Sri Mahendra , lovely person and very clear, thank you very much for your consult, 10 days my next visit I can advise to go to this hospital , mantaaap 👍👍👍

    Worst! You stay in ICU for 4days, suddenly you have to pay for 4times DIFFERENT price just for admissions and the calculation more day more Bigger just for ONLY ADMISSION without any medical action. Not make sense. Even if you die on the street because of accident,no matter what, you have to get up and RUN!!! Ruuuuunnnn. Found the another.

    Cannot praise this hospital enough! We were seen straight away, Dr John spoke incredible English, carried out a through clinical exam and explained his diagnostic and treatment plans before carrying them out. All of the nurses were wonderful and also spoke like great English, they were so dedicated and caring, even down to head massages whilst my friend was being sick. Highly recommend this hospital and staff to any sick tourists!
