    Hospital visits are something everyone absolutely dreads, and no one looks forward to. Hospitals exist primarily to provide expert medical care to those in need. Reading a lot of the previous reviews, I think that possibly some people may have expectations exceeding this.. or even exceeding their budgets. My review and comments are, of course, based on our experience, My wife (who is Indonesian) was admitted for 3 days immediately after visiting the UGD in an emergency situation. Yes, there was a wait time, but an acceptable one. She was covered by local insurance, and the insurance company quickly communicated to the hospital that she was covered. She needed to be seen by a specialist who arrived in a reasonable time. This Dr. took the time to explain to me in English the situation and the process. Admission to a room after the initial examination was reasonably quick. The operation was done very professionally, and I observed that the facilities were world-class. The room prov

    Most beautiful, clean building for hospital. Staff is politely and friendly. You feel the calm working atmosphere. No rush, open eyes and attention for details. This is Europe standard!

    The worst clinic in Buleleng. No correct information about schedule, no correct communication between specialists. When you schedule appointment one day before, they say doctor works from 8 to 13, then you come next day - they say doctor works from 11. And you have to wait for 3 hours!!!!!!! When you go from one specialist to another because they previous doesn't know what is your problem, every time.e you have to go back to Puskesmas to take a new Surat to be able to use BPJS. The incredibly disgusting sanitary in the toilets! Wow ..... It's better to just ask AI how to treat yourself instead of waiting like a dog with no care at all.
