  Thanks for the bad service. First, they gives a wrong medication that makes it worse (using BPJS) And second, they badly treating stroke patient (we fully paid on this, not using BPJS) If you want to save yourself or relatives, never ever visit this hospital. BPJS or not, they badly treat the patients, so unprofessional.

  My experience on this hospital was very disappointing. Asked the officer in front of the lab about the covid test- and answered that we needed to use eHAC (some app for a form for travellers). We made sure that we needed to use this app for the covid test by telling them that we dont usually use this app when we tested at other places, so we asked if they're sure (asked them quite politely). They answered with (other places dont use eHAC? Then go to other places sir.). Very rude staff. Very dissapointed with the service at this hospital.

  Worst service with rude, unskillfull and stupid staff. Low tech and dirty hospital. Dont expect anything from this place. If u get sick, go to another hospital on another town. Dont expect much from small town hospital. Most staff here doesnt even understand technology or read and speak properly.
