    I had some great massages here. One day there was a misunderstanding with the massage therapist and the staff went above and beyond to correct the miscommunication. Very nice people, good massages, many options in the spa, probably the best thing in Sorong!!

    From the moment I stepped into the clinic, I felt very welcomed. First, they took me to the room for consultation with Dr. Vera, she then explained the procedure of each treatment and recommended the right treatment for my skin condition. There’s few things on the forms which she didn’t asked me but filled it out with “N/A”, which is OK because I didn’t have any health condition or under any medications that she should be concern about, but it’s nice to ask your patient before filling it out by themselves and get the client to sign without knowing everything on the paper. And then they took me to the treatment room, everything went well until the part where they use the machine for “face lift”, the therapist didn’t set the right temperature, it started cold and when the heat started, it was too hot for anyone’s face skin and causing a shocking sensation to my face, I told the therapist to turn the heat down and it was fine for the first couple of minutes but the same thing happened ag
