  Mother & Child Hospital. The hospital is not so big. The staff were nice & helpful. Dr. Taufik was nice & caring, he replied to WA text. Doctor's fee & USG is very affordable. The Lab fee is normal. It has 2 floors. Toilets need serius attentions...😲

  It was my baby’s first appointment with Pediatric at this hospital. The staff was helpful dan the ambience was okay! I glad that this hospital using an online platform to book an appointment, it’s more convenient. I suggest that after client successfully booked an appointment, the client will receive a confirmation chat regarding the booking; schedule & attendance.

  Not convenience. I call to make sure doctor active time. They said doctor active at 7-9PM, and cannot make an appointment. I brought my child and arrived at 7.30 PM. But sadly they said the doctor has gone home at 7 PM because no patient. They even didn't call me to notify. I asked again to book the time, they just simply said "cannot". How come the doctor can get patient at 7 PM, but also go home at 7 PM with even no notification that there's patient book the time? Stupid public service.
