    RSPI Bintaro Jaya is, in my experience, the most luxurious and comfortable hospital in the Bintaro area. The overall atmosphere feels like an international-standard hospital. The venue is very clean, hygienic, sleek, well-decorated, and spacious in important areas. For outpatient treatment, the patient-handling process is by far the quickest I have experienced compared to other hospitals in the Bintaro area, without compromising carefulness. I also really like the cafeteria. The food is clean, tasty, and very enjoyable, which adds to the comfort of families who need to stay around the hospital. However, I believe the inpatient-handling process still needs improvement. I encountered two unpleasant situations when my mother had to stay at RSPI Bintaro Jaya for treatment. First, the ambulance booking process could have been handled with more urgency. When I called for an ambulance, the nurse spent quite some time trying to find my mother’s name and date of birth, asked other staff memb

    Went to this hospital for Medical Check Up. The service was excellent from the doctors, nurses, and staffs. For lunch after MCU, they gave us plenty of food, and drinks (lunch, and drinks were included on the MCU package). And they also gave us nice souvenirs. Excellent in everything.

    Thanks to drg. Tara, going to the dentist doesn’t feel scary anymore. She’s incredibly helpful and explains every detail of your dental condition clearly. The treatment is done gently and painlessly, and the nurses (especially Nurse Utari & Ilma) are also super friendly and make you feel comfortable right from the moment you walk in.

    drg. Rahma Natalia was incredibly kind and attentive. She listened carefully to our concerns, answered all questions, and made the kids feel at ease throughout their dental treatment. Sr. Aulia and Sr. Firda also very kind and very well in helping throughout the process. Two thumbs up!
