This is the worst experience I've ever had. Yesterday, my wife had an appointment with Dr. Johanna a week ago. Two hours before the appointment, they canceled it without any prior notice. Today, they contacted my wife to book a new appointment for 4 PM. We arrived and waited for a full hour! The doctor came in, went into the room, and was putting on makeup!!! My wife and I have been waiting outside for an hour. Is this reasonable?! It's worth mentioning that we asked the nurse who works with her, and she coldly replied that she wasn't finished and was still busy!! Honestly, the nurse and the doctor were rude and disrespectful at all, and I will never visit this center again. The biggest problem is that we will have to pay. If this is how a private center treats patients, then how do government centers in the area treat patients? I do not recommend this center to citizens, residents, or foreigners, and I hope the administration takes this matter very seriously because I know that the ad

Tempat nya nyaman, cuma menurut aku untuk obat aga terlalu mahal.. Tapi pelayanan nya bagus, dokter nya ramah apalagi dokter johana bawel banget ke pasien nya ☺
