I'm using "poli executive" but the service it's depends whether the doctors already arrive or not. my wife have some condition with her lungs and be directed to wait the obgyn because she is in maternity period. unfortunately the doctor was late for around 2 hours ad we have to wait again (before we have to wait 2 hours for the internist and suddenly the internist refuse to meet us and direct us to the obgyn). im afraid for the worst scenario due to the absence of the specialist. its better for them if there's any news so we could decide whether we have to find another hospital or not.

bad service, i have to wait for recepe for more than 2hours and also have to queue to take the medicine. Bad management on instalasi farmasi. All pacient must wait:(
