  I'm incredibly disappointed with Kartika Kasih Hospital due to multiple reasons. The unprofessional conduct of the nurses, their poor coordination, and lack of knowledge about the medications they administered were concerning. Moreover, the negligence in continuing my child's infusion despite being informed about blockages, and the absence of using a pump during the infusion for my infant are alarming safety lapses. The distressing incident where my child's name tag was removed from their hand without using scissors resulted in swelling. These experiences reflect a grave disregard for patient safety and basic care standards. It's imperative for the hospital to address these critical issues and implement stringent protocols to prevent such mishaps in the future.
