We got a referral from the hospital in Pelabuhan Ratu, because the hospital in Sukabumi had more specialists than the one over there (we needed an ENT doctor). Communication on WhatsApp was very easy and convenient. They replied fast, friendly and professionally. Luckily we didn't need to go to the hospital anymore, but it's good to know that they have the specialist if needed.

Although I do not wish for other to get sick, but if you do, then RSUD R. Syamsudin, SH. is the best place to go.
