  The service from the doctor or medical staff is great and friendly, unfortunately the service from the Admission staff is unfriendly, rude, and just not great. Based on my experience, when I went to the Admission room and met the staff, he's on the phone and not really paying attention to a new person coming in, when he disconnected the phone call, he just take the folder and THREW it (yes, he THREW it with anger and bad attitude) to his college without even read it with an anger expression and sayinh just some rude phrase said that we bothered him.

  I really appreciate the staff from RSUD Wirahadikusumah for the patience when they are take care the patient and the hospitality they give to us the family of patients.

  The service from the medical staff is unfriendly, rude, and just not great. Based on my two times experience (myself and my wife) the experience when my wife's time here is so traumatic that she doesn't want to go to the hospital again
