  This hospital has good service for handling my mother's condition and is also meticulous at the effect and risks when my mother was in the surgery process, while they plan and think how to fix my mother's right leg because of osteoporosis and thank God through His favor and guideness, my mother has a good handed and service from the doctors. Not only that, but many areas of this hospital have some good places which have an old style alike and full-of-green making me be relaxed when I sit my mother in this hospital. However, these rooms are dirty and the facility such as AC isn't in good function. Therefore, please fix the facility and the hygiene of the room better than then. Overall, I feel satisfied with these servants with the meticulous way to think about the consequences before they do surgery or some else :) GREAT JOB DOCTOR!!!

  Went into the icu for 25 days, safe to say it left me traumatized by the staff. They hade a rude attitude which i could have never expected and constantly ridiculed me when i did something wrong even though i was in constant pain

  Very good services hospital in Surabaya city. Calm amd quiet hospital. The number one famous hospital in Surabaya. Easy access and large parking area.

  I've been here for like a day, and the attitude of the nurses is terrible, when my little brother asked one of the nurses for something she just ignores him, like you should've responded him, and about the places in the hospital it's clearly untidy and kind of dirty, one of the walls has a mark and spider webs on it???? Well, the staffs should've cleaned it everyday I don't recommend this hospital a little, there's a good side and a bad side in this hospital, thank you.
