The service at Husada Utama Hospital Surabaya is good and fast. Starting from when I entered the Emergency Room to the treatment room, the doctors and nurses were very responsive, friendly and fast. I was hospitalized on the 12A floor, treatment room 12A02, the room was clean and comfortable, I got a change of clothes, toiletries and towels, facilities for the caretaker provided a sofa and 1 chair, other facilities include a refrigerator and television that functioned well, the bathroom was also clean and comfortable using 2 hot and cold showers that functioned normally. I got three meals a day with a varied menu that was quite filling with a fairly good taste. The treatment room and bathroom were always cleaned in the morning, afternoon and evening. Doctor Heru Wiyono is an internist who treats me every day, always visiting and providing clear information including responding quickly to the conditions I felt at that time.
