  I only have high praise for the professionalism, care and love showed by the nursing team at Putri Maternity Hospital. Despite being only warded for three days, I could see the team's dedication, passion and genuine love showered on me as the team ensured that I made a speedy recovery from my operation. Not to mention, all who had attended to me at Putri Maternity Hospital. God bless you and your families. I am eternally grateful and because of you, this place has a trustworthy and reliable healthcare system!

  Came here to visit my sister who just gave birth. Right from the get-go, it was a bit of a letdown. Near the delivery room, the ceiling paint was peeling off—not a great first impression. Then, I went to the toilet, and it was smelly and super slippery. Definitely not comfy. There was this huge 'No Smoking' sign right by the entrance, near the wastewater treatment area, but ironically, I saw a security guard smoking right next to it. They should really make the guard post windows clear instead of tinted so they can’t hide while smoking. And the worst part? A lot of the staff were just super rude and unhelpful. The nurses and the front desk staff, especially the ones at window number two, didn’t smile or even greet you. Plus, many of the employees, including the security guys, were just chilling on their phones, literally scrolling through TikTok on the job. Not a good look. Honestly, the service and facilities here don't match the price at all. It's really frustrating. The managemen
