  This place have good medical care , professional doctors , excellent facilities and cleanliness. Their equipment is top notch quality, and it's not overcrowded. Food and waiting area is also good. Room for patients are big , clean , and managed well. Downside is , in the ICU area , they still don't have a well designed waiting area for patient's families. But overall , still an excellent hospital.

  Special review for ER or IGD: staffs are very responsive and friendly. My wife was handled by Nurse Ocha, that is very patience of finding the delicate blood vessel, ensuring minimal pain. A most impressive ER indeed...

  Edit 18 August 2025 Stars drop to 2. I was hospitalized last week and when I ask for certificate for inpatient treatment, they said it will take 1-2 days. It wasn't ready even after 4 days. --- This hospital has excellent facilities and friendly medical staff. Unfortunately, the absence of stairs means patients and visitors must rely on the often slow elevator to move between floors

  If there's no star i would chose that as an option. This hospital has degraded so much since the opening, from wich they treat the government insurance and private as the same, now they differentiate. My option is if you're just want or going towards profit orientated, just let go the BPJS / JKN. We wouldn't be miss you anyway.
