  You can get a good doctor and services here, and the price is not too expensive. You can check at my photos about the price. Parking lot is very small.

  After couple times happened finally I decided to writing a review, that I experienced unfriendly tone and language behavior in a way of verbal replying to guest/patient from the staff. The customer handling at lobby has a stress issue and spoke incisively. First was happened at my first visit prenatal register, second time I was registered my daughter on june this year. Today 3DEC 2024 after vaccinated my daughter and proceed to pharmacy front desk at 17:00 o’clock with calmly i was ask her(staff) if the hospital has a copy file recipe from doctor advice to my daughter from previous visit. She reply right away that this Hospital don’t make such kind of system to kept previous each patient file. (Long story short) she eventually spoke to me after she check, the recipe I referred from doctor is ferro-k supplement. Now I became hesitated remember at the beginning she said no files are record on her system. I ask her gently “are you sure? Would you please double check with the doctor” t

  This is the first time i want to go to this hospital because a friend recommend me. I called the phone number for god know how many times, still the voice over said "the number you are calling cannot be reached". Is this 24hour hospital or an office with certain working hour. Please improve your service.

  we used to visit this hospital since 2019. but we got bad experience toward our son in early 2022 that deeply hurt us. i love their obyn dr indra yuliati, but unfortunately we won't see her again because we dont want to visit this hospital anymore.
