    My friend is sick and come to Emergency of RSI Surabaya. But my friend met female doctor (maybe still new) who doesn't asking or interviewed my friend for diagnosed and need to drive the doctor to diagnosed first. It's like the doctor is passively treat my friend. I don't think it's the right thing to do for doctor. Doctor need to actively asking for treat my friend or other patient. Maybe only me who see this. I hope this RSI can improve to teach the new doctor throughly and can give best services for other patient.

    I went here for taking Swab Rapid Antigen test. Since I'm not Surabaya citizen, I searched for the customer care hotline from their official website and luckily they have one connected to WhatsApp. I sent the text hopelessly (since I once sent the text to RS B* Surabaya via WhatsApp too and they didn't even respond eventhough the notif was ONLINE *sigh) Surprisingly... the CC replied my text and answered all my Qs. Thank you. I went there on Sunday at 11AM... the staffs were all so friendly. The process from registration, to sample taking, and to get the letter was only around 30 minutes. They even responded nicely when I said that they wrote my data wrong and revised it quickly. Thank you RSI Surabaya for all the hospitality ♡
