  The service were good but for hospital so big and with many patients going to many policlinics, the existense of computer used for fingerprints were so little, the queue was very long and only one computer to serve many policlinics. Please provide more computers for fingerprints, it was pointless to wait so long just for fingerprints, what even the use of using system???

  The services are okay. What bothers me is the patients have to wait by sitting and standing at the parking lot, before their names called. Whenever this situation improves, I will give them four stars instead. Quite recently today, I was waiting for 15 minutes for my medicine after they called my number. The girl in charge snapped at me and said why you hadn't show up when we called you??? Even though, I explained to her, she still blamed me for being late. I explained further with my rising voices. Later on, she apologized though insincerely. I told her I will change into 2 stars only instead of the previous 3 stars.
