  They already added extra chair on dental clinic, now the waiting room become more comfortable The waiting room for dental clinic are so comfortable, the air con works perfectly and cold Only one that I don't like, still in the rest room there's no soap.

  The buildings are divided into several buildings and it was such a confusing experience. Actually I just want to check on a general clinic, and I entered the main clinic building. However, the 1st officer at that building said that the general practitioners are only in the emergency, he asked me to go to the ER. When I got to ER, the officer declined me because I wasn't in any state of emergency. Then she ordered me to go to the 3rd building. Then I went to the 3rd building, finally got my way to register my self, but then, it turned out that only specialist are available in that building. So I said yes to any specialist which they suggest. But then, the doctor took such a looooong time to come. The schedule was supposed to be 9am, but I had to wait 1.5 hours! The doctor only check my lungs from the back, not even check my tingling throat which was the main problem here! Then I got an advice to took an X-Ray, but again, in a different building!! The 1st building that I came. After x-

  Salute to this hospital, still trying to deliver optimum services through BPJS. Many experienced and specialized doctor here. We know there's always a room for improvement and if i may share one is regarding their nurses skill & attitude that still not equal yet. I've met many with very good personalities, while for some, we need to be more patience ;) Hope we can be better every day.

  such a nice place to have a mental therapy, the medical staffs and the doctors are helpful and supportive
