    Our family had a very positive experience during our child’s inpatient treatment at "JIH" Solo Hospital. From the beginning until discharge, the doctors, nurses, and all medical staff were incredibly caring, patient, and professional. The pediatric doctors explained everything clearly and made us feel calm throughout the treatment process. The nurses were very attentive and friendly to our child, which helped make the hospital stay much more comfortable. The room (Mainly Class) were clean, modern, and well-maintained, and the overall hospital environment felt safe and family-friendly. Administrative processes were also smooth and efficient. Thank you to all the staff at "JIH" Solo Hospital for the excellent service and genuine care given to our child.
