  !! ATTENTION !! There has been a lot of miscommunication regarding whether claiming BPJS is allowed at this hospital, especially from the customer service department. Personally asked to pay for the new room only after being informed that it is not covered by BPJS.

  So disappointed with the officer named SUTARNO, his service to me was terrible. just cause it was a bit messy because there was food on the patient's table so he didn't give medicine to the patient. the patient is my mom. then I complained why my mom wasn't given medicine and wasn't examined but he lied he said he had given it. I'm disappointed with the service.I hope no other patient will be treated like this. Again he is sutarno .I'm so disappointed. I hope never to meet people like sutarno.
