  bad service, diffrrent treatmrnt between the natl health insurance patients and not. rude doctor when answering patient"s question. no exact infornation when the patient in critical condition the staff abd doctor not apologize too

  It should have much better service. When it's late, we go there and need a intensive care unit immediately, there are only nurse. Minimum, even there are no fast response of the doctors. It was around 10:00 PM. I have ever experienced it for twice. Those are my friends, and had an accident with their eyes. Then, we decided to go to Yogyakarta for eye hospital specialist.
