  I recently stayed in Room 531 at Bethsaida Hospital and had a very positive experience. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained throughout my stay. The nurses and medical staff were attentive, professional, and always willing to help whenever needed. I was especially impressed by how responsive and caring the team was, making me feel comfortable and well looked after during my recovery. The hospital environment was calm, organized, and hygienic, which gave both me and my family peace of mind.   Exceptional Care for Dengue Recovery "I was recently admitted to Room 706 on the 7th floor for Dengue Fever, and I cannot praise the medical team enough for my recovery. The Medical Team: • Dr. Timoteus: A huge shout-out to Dr. Timoteus for his expertise. Dengue recovery can be a stressful 'waiting game' with platelet counts, but he was incredibly professional, attentive, and explained my progress clearly every single day. I felt I was in the best possible hands. • Nursing Staff: Under the leadership of Head Nurse Era, the nursing team on the 7th floor was world-class. They were remarkably responsive and kind, making a very difficult stay much more comfortable.   I was admitted to Bethsaida Hospital from 2–6 June for surgery and had a very positive experience overall. The doctors, nurses (Bd. Absari, Anggi, Netty, Leevania and Hani to name a few), and medical staff on the 6th floor were exceptionally attentive, professional, and caring throughout my stay. They responded promptly whenever I needed assistance and always took the time to explain things clearly, which made me feel safe and well looked after during a stressful time. I was also pleasantly surprised by the housekeeping team. They were consistently friendly, polite, and kept the room clean and comfortable throughout my admission. The only area that could use improvement is the Wi-Fi connection, which was quite unstable and often difficult to use during my stay. While this did not affect the quality of medical care, better internet connectivity would certainly improve the patient experience, especially for those staying several days.
