  All the staffs are polite and helpful. But since my payment use assurance, it take hours to finish the process. Start from 09.00 and finish at 13.30 (all process). Anak saya batuk (common cold)

  I’ve visited this hospital using both insurance and self-payment. For the registration process, even if you already have an appointment via WhatsApp, you still need to re-register at the lobby, which I feel is a bit time-consuming and unnecessary. Although the number of registration staff is limited, the waiting time is not too long. The service is good overall. The quality of care from doctors varies, but overall I’ve never been disappointed. As for the ER service, it seems to depend on the hospital’s situation at the time. I once visited the ER and the waiting time, as well as the process of being transferred to an inpatient room, took quite a long time.
