A special thank you to Dr. Rasmita, Sp.A — straightforward, efficient, and very reassuring. Alhamdulillah, after 3 days of treatment, we were able to go home in good condition. The nursing team was outstanding. All the nurses were friendly, neat, pleasant, very helpful, and highly professional. Truly the best! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ The supporting staff, including customer service and registration, were also very friendly and helpful. The room facilities were comfortable and well-equipped. There was a small issue with the AC and hot water, but it was handled quickly and efficiently. Special thanks to Ka Silvi and Kang Aris for all the help 🙏 Wishing continued success and excellence for Hermina Bitung.

    I want to express my heartfelt gratitude to RS Hermina Bitung and dr. Alfonso Anggriawan, Sp. OG, for helping me deliver my baby boy. The entire journey was wonderful, though there was an unexpected situation during the operation. Thankfully, dr. Alfonso and his team made a quick and precise decision, and I can’t thank them enough for their expertise and care. Post-surgery, I still felt some discomfort—though that’s mostly due to my low pain tolerance. The midwife encouraged me to keep moving and resume my usual activities to speed up recovery, which was really helpful advice. A special shoutout to all the midwives and nurses on the 5th floor—they were incredibly friendly and attentive, making my post-delivery stay very comfortable. All the information and medications given to me were explained clearly by the nurses, ensuring I understood everything. Whenever I needed help, they were quick to offer assistance and check on me. The food was decent, and I especially loved their snacks!
