  As a doctor myself, and as someone currently studying hospital management through a Master of Public Health background, I rarely write long hospital reviews unless I truly feel there is something meaningful worth appreciating and sharing As a family member accompanying patient medical record number 283829, I would like to express my appreciation to Mayapada Hospital Tangerang for the care and service we received during the cardiac catheterization procedure on Friday 12 June 2026 under the care of Dr. Pujo, Cardiologist. My father underwent his second cardiac catheterization procedure after previous treadmill examinations indicated possible heart complications. Naturally, moments like these are emotionally stressful. Yet from the very beginning, starting at the BPJS registration counter, we immediately felt that this hospital was different Many people in Indonesia often associate BPJS services with long queues or impersonal treatment.   I chose Mayapada Hospital based on a family recommendation, as a relative previously worked here and overall, it has been very helpful. Dr. Pojianto (OB-GYN) is very friendly, communicative, and explains everything clearly. Dr. Marlyn is also incredibly detailed, responsive, and efficient. The nurses and staff are warm and attentive, I was especially amazed that my baby’s IV was done successfully in just one attempt. Suster Ati and Suster Tere, thank you. All BPJS staff also super helpful. Really appreciated it. There are, however, some procedures that need to be repeated multiple times, especially when using BPJS, which can feel a bit tiring. I would rate the medical service, doctors, and staff 5/5. However, for facility maintenance, I would give 3/5. I had a rather frightening experience where I got stuck in the elevator with my baby, along with my mother and my husband. There were three contact numbers listed inside the lift, but none responded. We were trapped for about 5–10 mi

  Room 4002 VIP for Kids the room was so very comfortable, my baby was so sleepwell, the room is very clean, all the staff is very kind and also all the nurses was very kindhearted ,they’re give the good treatment to my baby, and always keep in touch with the patient condition, thankyou for all the services, i would like to share these info to others👍🏻

  I’m a foreigner and recently visited this hospital for outpatient treatment. The service was excellent from start to finish. I was referred by the in-house GP to Dr Ong (ENT specialist) and he was outstanding. He was thorough, explained my condition and treatment clearly, and made me feel at ease throughout the consultation. What I really appreciated was his genuine care. He even played music to help me relax. Overall, a very positive experience. Highly recommended.
