    Edit and update: Today, Jan 19th 2024 I'm here again to visit someone I know. He's about to get a surgery today. Safe to say that their management is still whacked! I went to visit the canteen. They have huge banner saying "no smoking in hospital area" but the canteen provide ashtrays so ppl keep on smoking IN HOSPITAL AREA. Hospitals should be free of cigarettes as we have this UU (law) about it. Older review from Dec 2019: The staffs in the ER are so rude, and not welcoming. Except the security guards and a small amount of nurses and doctors, it's not a good experience of knowing what's going on. We were given the proper medication and procedures because one of the doctors is our friend and she insisted to give them fast. My friend had a difficulty breathing but they still refuse to give breathing aid. The cleanliness is not good that I keep on sneezing when I was in the ER. The process took a long long time that we've been there since 10am and until 4.27pm we haven't got a room ye

    I came here on Sunday into UGD, The patient In UGD is only me and 1 another patient that already got service. I’am waiting for almost 1 hour for service, I understand Its Sunday Morning but when Im compare in another hospital in Manado, this hospital is so slow service, I’am Sorry to tell this, Maybe u Have to improve the service, but Thank you so much I really suitable with the medicine, and get well already🙏🙏
