  Basic and standard hospital for people's needs. There's one thing that is bothering me badly, that there's a lot of mobility from the employee in the reception and waiting place, for example such as birthday celebrations, employees with random purposes keep passing through the receptionist area, or waiting places. I mean is there any passage for employees to rooming around rather than making a busy receptionist area, because people's whose coming here are sick people, and it seems that all of your staff's doesn't bother about that. Management need to look into this matter seriously, because all of you are working in the public sector, the ambience, and the atmosphere of the hospital it needs to be comfortable, neat, and friendly. I hope my suggestions meet your expectations, thank you.

  Super slow procedures. Waiting for registration, waiting for check up, waiting for medical, even waiting for payment. It's all took about 4 hours++, really wasting time 😬 They still using traditional and manual method for passing document and writing something on it.. Sad.. If you care about your time, I'm strongly not recommended to come here. This hospital is suitable for cheap and free time type person.
