    I visited for a vaccination appointment and found the process to be efficient, with relatively short waiting times and courteous staff. The hospital was noticeably busy during my visit, and the waiting areas felt somewhat crowded and warm, which affected the overall comfort of the experience. The service itself was good, but the facilities felt rather limited for the volume of patients being accommodated. Nevertheless, it remains a practical option for routine medical needs.

    All the automation is nonsense and simply marketing strategy.. I heard so many elder patients were sent away because they cannot registered online. At the end, the data input is still manually done... by the patients themselves! The facility is NOT children and elderly friendly. Better find other facilities. No signage. No helping staff. No notes. Poor the patient. The pharmacy department is also staff shortage and rude. ⏰

    I was impressed by the online service and response, also the QR is very helpful to know my turn. The nurses and staff admin are also helpful, including the satpams, are ready to help with smiles. I was scheduled to meet with my doctor, but due to the time I asked the nurses on the registration station and they were very helpful to check when my turn would be. She said "2 more people and then is your turn" it is so much easy with this help. The most amazing experience is having consultations with dr. Nindya Nisita SpKj. She is very experienced in her expertise. She is quiet but very wise. She knows what to say at the right time. She explained to the cases and options clearly and using simple words that is easy to understand. She knows the follow ups of every case I have and is really focus on my strength to healing. She is honest about medication, the effects that might happen as well as the reason why she offered the medicines. Her calling to be a psychiatrist is really clear and evi
