During my treatment at Siloam Lippo Village, Dr. Edwin's sp.U team was very professional and provided the right solution for my complaint, and was willing to patiently listen to my complaints as a patient. The nursing team at 10th floor at Samaria 1015 was also very kind and agile, when there was a slight problem regarding my return, they were very helpful, you all are the best..thank you very much ❤❤

  Went there for Medical check up. I was taken aback by its lobby, it did not feel like I went to a hospital, but shopping center instead. Coffee shops, bakeries, and restaurants were everywhere, which was oddly comforting. To add to that, their services were swift and precise. All the doctors and staff were friendly. I think I spent more time on my lunch there compared to the MCU process itself.

  The front office is super slow. My dad was transferred from another hospital for an immediate surgery procedure with 50-50 chance of living. Even in such dire situation, the front office admin is taking her sweet time to register for our visit. The doctors are waiting for the administration to be done in order to proceed with the procedure. The doctors are great, but the administration service is disappointing.
