  Experiencing a very unpleasant experience with a dermatologist practicing in this hospital. I had an appointment with a derm to check and confirm on my diagnosis. The derm would quickly scan my skin in less than a minute to confirm my diagnosis. OK fine. She started out to ask about my skincare routine and brands, and I detailed out the products. She included her own brand in the prescription, I still positively thought trying it because what’s the harm, right. I tried out her brand as being told and my skin reacted negatively. I switched to my own regular skincare routine. I take pics of my face while on her brand versus my regular regime. I texted the derm the next day and asked whether the reaction is common. They just told me to continue, but hey! I didn’t talk about rx creams, I was referring to her own brand consisting of facial wash and moisturizer. Another red flag is I asked about the ingredients in her rx creams to customer service, the CS told me to ask the derm. Asked
