    Bad experience with the administration, Confirmed booking for three person (my wife and 2 children), driving early for an hour 60km+ trip from our home in lagoi just to get rejected due to their doctors' quota, only 1 person allowance. Getting upset after some debates, we left the vicinity and some time later got WA by the admins to return back, saying they have negotiated with the doctor to allow additional quota.. which of course i don't even bother to reply. If they have negotiated it while we were still in the vicinity it might be acceptable, now it's more like adding salt to injury. Please, we're not even BPJS patients and still receive such treatment. If you can't handle proper booking and administration please put professionals to do it, or at least train them to be. Being in a small city like Tj. Pinang doesn't mean it's ok to be unprofessional.

    Pelayanannya informatif dan helpful. Anak saya ditangani dr Abdi Roy. Dokternya ramah sama anak, penjelasan mudah dimengerti.

    Pelayanan nya bagus, karyawan ramah dan sigap. Dokter spesialis nya ramah dan detail penjelasan, alur pendaftaran tertata rapi, sangat direkomendasikan utk yg mau cek mata. Saya lihat direview ada yg bilang dokter nya jutek, pelayanan lama dll, saya sering bawa orang tua kesini baik2 saja sih,, intinya klo di tempat umum yg rame gtu harus nya kita nya sabar, nanti dilayani juga kok,klo bingung dsna tu ada loket informasi nya juga lho. Mantep deh SMEC, jempol 10000 👍
