  Arrived at 6:30 AM, the staff only arrived at 8 AM, took a queue number and got number 1 for therapy, other new patients were arriving, at 9:30 AM they were finally called one by one, I who arrived earlier was called at 11 AM, the staff is not disciplined and picks and chooses people, please! Learn discipline.

  One of the largest hospitals located on Bintan Island. The facilities are quite good, the doctors as well. Sadly the flood would come out on the road in front of the hospital when the pouring rain. It could bother the access to the hospital.

  The hospital was really good But there have some problems with really limited access to waiting queue Need more buildings and more room for a doctor to get a better service Over all is quite good
