Very disappointing experience with the Emergency Department (ER) at RSUP Pinang. I brought my friend in while she was in severe pain, yet the handling, communication, and overall service were extremely poor. Instead of providing clear explanations and proper care, we felt blamed and dismissed when raising concerns about the situation. The lack of empathy and professionalism from the staff only added more stress to an already difficult situation. Patients and their families deserve to be treated with respect, compassion, and proper communication. I sincerely hope the hospital improves its emergency care, staff communication, and patient-centered service. Based on my experience, I would strongly advise others to consider alternative hospitals whenever possible.

I visited this hospital with a very painful lump that made it difficult for me to sit, walk, and carry out daily activities. Unfortunately, I felt that my condition was not managed properly, and I had to endure the pain for almost two weeks before finally receiving appropriate treatment at another hospital. What disappointed me the most was the issue regarding medication. During my first visit, I was not given a prescription, nor was I instructed to collect any medication from the pharmacy. However, when I returned for a second visit, I was informed that the medication had actually been prepared during my previous visit but was never collected. I was told that this information had been communicated to my family. My question is: how is a patient expected to know that medication is available if they are not given a prescription, a medication slip, or clear instructions on how and where to collect it? My family also did not receive any prescription document or clear information regardin
