  The services at Anggrek 1313, 17th Floor were excellent and very satisfying. The medical staff and nurses were friendly, attentive, and professional in providing care to the patient. Medical examinations and treatments were carried out clearly and with great care, making the patient feel safe and comfortable. The room and surrounding environment were clean and well maintained. The facilities were adequate and supportive of the patient’s recovery process. In addition, communication between the medical team and the patient’s family was clear, informative, and responsive. Overall, the service at Anggrek 1313, 17th Floor is highly recommended for its commitment to patient comfort, safety, and satisfaction.

  My father transferred from another hospital to RSUD Tarakan, where he received prompt care. On Friday night, he was admitted to the emergency department (ED) and moved to the ICCU at midnight for condition assessment prior to a pacemaker procedure. The nurses in the ED were very efficient and quick, explaining the procedures in detail. Similarly, the nurses in the ICCU were extremely helpful, consistently staying in touch whenever actions were needed or when family members were required to visit the patient. Including those families who await their parents in ICCU, we were be friends and help each other when something happened. The pacemaker implantation surgery went smoothly, thanks to the skilled doctor. 🙏🏻 He was then moved to an inpatient room. I was quite impressed that the visiting doctors included not only the primary physician but also a nutritionist, along with a prayer team offering spiritual support.   I've had the privilege of studying and practicing in the Stroke Unit for 5 weeks, an experience that has been incredibly enriching. This positive learning environment allowed me to apply theoretical knowledge to real-world patient care. I'm grateful for the warm welcome and guidance from the nursing team, who generously shared their expertise in both theory and practice. The nurses here are not only knowledgeable but also exemplary role models of professional nursing. I'm deeply honored to express my gratitude to the Head Nurse, Ns.Ramlawati/Ibu Wawat, for her invaluable guidance and support throughout our learning journey. I also appreciate the attending physicians (dr. Intan and dr. Putra) and neurologists (especially dr. Nadia) for sharing their expertise and engaging in open discussions on neurology-related topics.
