  The pharmacy process is taking far too long. I've been waiting for over ~2 hours. It's ironic that healthy individuals risk falling ill due to excessive waiting times for medication. I urge management to review and improve the system to eliminate bottlenecks and ensure a smoother experience for everyone.

  I had great experience with the staffs here. They were so helpful. One of my family relatives were isolated because of covid and the nurse always keeping update to us through whatsapp. The security also help us to send our family belongings to isolation ward and make sure it received right away. I have to give credit where it's due. Really appreciate the way they help us.

  Edit: I used to complain on this platform (yes it was a little bit harsh and sassy) then they reaching me out immediately. Many thanks. I once disappointed but it turned out everything came outstanding after that. Once again, Thank you.   First time go to Poliklinik Penyakit Dalam di sini. Time wasted just waiting for the doctor to come. 2 hours already, and still patient number 1! I did registration online also, seems no use.
